What Headquarters is

Headquarters is a private workspace where the owner of a registered company can store its documents, keep a structured company profile, and see the statutory obligations and deadlines that may apply. It is a tool for organisation and awareness.

Not professional advice

The compliance information in Headquarters, obligations, due dates, and suggested actions, is informational and provisional. It is compiled from public sources and computed from the details in your profile; it is not certified, and it is not legal, tax, accounting, or company- secretarial advice. Rules change, thresholds and exemptions vary, and governments extend deadlines. You are responsible for meeting your own obligations, and you should confirm anything that carries a penalty with a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, or lawyer. We are not liable for any missed filing, penalty, or loss arising from reliance on the information in the service.

Your account

You are responsible for your login credentials and for the activity in your account. Keep your password secure and let us know of any unauthorised use. One account is intended for one company that you are authorised to represent.

Acceptable use

• Only upload documents you have the right to upload.
• Don’t use the service unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, or to attempt to break its security or access other users’ data.
• Don’t abuse or attempt to overload the service or its APIs.

Your content

You own the documents and data you put into Headquarters. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process them, including sending an uploaded document to our AI provider to extract its fields, solely to provide the service to you.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the compliance information is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for penalties, fines, or missed deadlines. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or where necessary to protect the service or other users.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
